Mike really listens to his clients, never being pushy or over-opinionated, rather providing information and guidance to assist in making decisions. His hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing due to the professional photography and knocked out the competition. Our house went under contract within a week at 101% of the asking price. We were then ready to purchase our next home and Mike was the natural choice for our family.
