My business partner and I are both young, and a lot of people don’t really take us seriously, but Mike treated us with respect from the start and genuinely went to bat for us. He helped us lock in our new warehouse and made the whole process way less stressful than it could’ve been.

Mike Bottaro is our Listing Real Estate Agent. We chose Mike because of his experience, knowledge, and tenacity. Mike is an agent who will not stop working to find or sell your home or property until at the closing.
Mike arrived at our property ready to list our home in less than 24 hours after contacting him. We completed all the paperwork within an hour of his arrival. 24 hours after completing our paperwork the property was listed for sale. Michael had TWO offers on our property within FIVE days. We were at settlement a month later. Mike was able to negotiate a price FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS over the asking price. Mike was in constant communication throughout the sale process. He had his finger on the pulse of the buyer's representative as well as our concerns during the entire sales process. knowledgeable and trustworthy. these are the two most important words when it comes to picking a realtor and from my initial meeting with mike i was convinced he had both qualities. i'm someone who doesn't like to turn things over to anyone. i want to drive the car or steer the ship. i dont like the thought of turning over important decisions in my life to someone else. with mike i did just that and never once regretted doing so. he was right every step along the line in the process of selling my home in lexington park in ne philly. from what i needed to do to what i didn't need to do. from when to list to how much to list. from how long he thought it would be on market to how many offers he felt there would be. i mean he was right on target EVERY SINGLE TIME.
