Why me? Well...let me tell you....

I've been a resident of Gettysburg since childhood and my family owned and operated Cherry's Diner for several years. A 1979 graduate of Gettysburg High School, I worked in construction and at Morton Buildings acquiring extensive knowledge of home building and quality construction. Moving on to several management positions at Knouse Foods, I was able to expand my contract and third party negotiation skills while procuring outside warehouse space.
Entering Real Estate in 2003, my past experience served me well and I was awarded the New Sales Associate of the Year Award in 2004 from a large franchise. This award is given to the new associate with the highest sales volume.
Since entering real estate I have earned the designations of Seniors Real Estate Specialist, Accredited Buyer’s Representative and Certified New Home Sales Professional.
