Mike Chung

Based in Santa Barbara, Michael Chung is an associate specializing in the sales and leasing of office, retail, and industrial properties across the Central Coast. Michael has extensive expertise in providing value-added solutions and in-depth market knowledge for private investors and businesses, establishing a reputation for his strong work ethic and integrity.

Michael joined Colliers in 2025 from Radius Commercial Real Estate, where he served as an associate for a year, working alongside Austin Herlihy, Chris Parker, Miles Waters, and Mike Lopus. Before that, he worked as an industrial specialist for Matthews Real Estate Investment Services.
