Mike Crosby is a Certified Commercial Investment Member; CCIM He worked as Real Estate Asset manager for Biola University from 1991 to 2014. During that time he handled all the real estate transactions including land, single and multi-family homes, and commercial in California, New York, Florida, Texas and Washington. He also negotiated a complicated long-term lease between the University and Norwalk-La Mirada Unified School District.
In grateful recognition for outstanding contributions Biola University gave him the “Award of Excellence” for the completion of a 1031 Tax deferred exchange that saved the university over $500,000.
During that time he developed and launched a successful apartment acquisition campaign using direct mail and direct response. That resulted in the purchase of 100% of targeted apartment building.
He began sharing his business building ideas, and co-founded the Business & Entrepreneur Network™ in Orange County, California. For over two years he held live monthly meeting showing entrepreneurs, business owners and professional salespeople how to get more customers and grow their profits.
As a speaker He is the holder of Toastmasters International highest earned award, Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM). Also he is the founder of Humor Masters a specialty Toastmasters Club dedicated to using humor in public speaking. He is a Qualified Speaker for the Orange County Toastmasters Speakers Bureau.
