Mike was doing a fantastic job helping my parents sell their house. Then the day before they were supposed to sign the final papers my mom passed away.

This affected not only my family but Mike also as he is a family friend. He did an awesome job helping us re-do the paperwork and helped my dad get the house signed and sold while our family handled my moms passing together in another state.

My dad is so grateful for everything Mike did and he wants Mike to know that he appreciates all the help and support. My dad says thank you so much. Mike made a very difficult time in our lives a little easier to handle by being so compassionate and available when ever we called.

My wife and I hadn’t sold a house in 16 years so I forgot most things. Mike was great at explaining everything about the process. From start to finish he was professional and took care of business in a timely manner. We had an offer and were in contract With a buyer in 24 hours including a back up offer. We met mike at an open house in 2017. He started sending me these corny emails with tips for looking for a house but I liked the advice so I kept the emails. In 2018 we decided to start looking for a house and since Mike was the only realtor I knew well he got the call.

We first started looking in Ripon then expanded to riverbank and oakdale. Mike was always willing to go wherever and was always available for showings. We were very selective about what we were looking for and had an exact list of desirable features. Mike was aware of our list and never complained when we would turn down a place for even the most insignificant thing. We did not compromise and neither did mike. He was very patient with us. We took almost two years to find the right place. Mike said we were the longest lookers.

Great job Mike. Thanks for working with us and always answering your phone.

I’ve had the great privilege of being on both side of real estate. From selling a 10 acre ranch to buying a home for my family.

The obstacles are endless. How are the school, are they close to a shopping mall. Is the house set up the way I want it. How many beds are up stairs. Do I want a stairs I’m my house.

I feel the realtor is an extension of the buyer and or selling. You really need to trust and pour favor into the process.

In my opinion the only choice for us was Mike Ellak. He understood the need to be flexible for us and understanding that our viewing hours were small 1-2 hour windows. He was spot on with the house so many choices for us to ponder.

In closing, Mike Ellak is a man you trust in the real estate business
