Mike Ginty

Mike is a native and lifelong resident of the Tampa Bay area. He was raised as a third generation "local" at St Petersburg Beach. The Gintys moved to rural eastern Hillsborough County in 1984 and raised their kids "on the farm". They now enjoy the waterfront lifestyle in Apollo Beach. He spent 30 years in the local construction industry with involvement in the construction of single family homes, high rises, harbors, bridges, etc. He is a 1978 graduate of Florida State University. Mike has enjoyed being involved is real estate sales on a full time basis since 1998. He has been blessed to work in the industry with his wife of nearly 40 years, Victoria. Together, they have bought, sold and transacted hundreds of properties throughout all of west central Florida and beyond including commercial, residential and vacant land acquisitions and sales. Combined, they have amassed nearly 55 years of experience in the Florida real estate market. The focus of the team's efforts lies in being an involved, full service partner with our customers from first introduction to closing. We do not disappear midway thru the process and pride ourselves on being accessible, professional and timely.
