07/15/2014 - user65379696 Bought a home in 2014 in Brogdon, Fayetteville, GA I moved my family from New Jersey, and told Mike that I would be in the area for 3 days and wanted to buy a house on the first visit. Mike was very responsive and blocked his calendar for the 3 days - I gave him an extensive list of properties to view, and he without hesitation arranged for us to see all that we had selected and he selected others based on his knowledge of available properties. Mike was very helpful in guiding us to select our priorities - which were of course changing by the minute! On the 3rd day (Sunday) he found our dream house and helped guide the negotiations. He continues to assist throughout the process including a 2 hour walk through on my behalf. If you want to deal with a true professional who is also very sociable- then look no further. I highly recommend Mike Jones

01/28/2012 - lisakay02 Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $75K Mike worked with me last year when i purchased a home. I consider myself very fortunate that I had him as an agent. He was always there when I had a question and made sure I understood every thing I needed to know as the sale progressed. It was a short sale and. needless to say, it could be quite aggravating trying to get questions answered by the bank that was handling the sale. 02/03/2012 - AmpLee Bought a Single Family home in 2011 Mike Jones did an extremely exceptional job on getting us our new home last year. He is very knowledgeable and a real professional on handling the whole process from the start and up through the closing. After registering on several website to gain access to the multiple listings, Mike was the only realtor that responded. He contacted us by phone the next day. He introduced himself on the phone with very calm voice and I immediately started asking a lot questions and he answered them instantaneously and/or provided answers the very next day. Mike did some research and informed us that we were eligible to take advantage of the “First-time Homebuyer Credit”. I could see that he wanted our business by going the extra mile for us. So we decided to accept Mike as our agent. Mike had talked us through each phase of the process and discussed recommendations, options, and expectations. When we decided which house we liked, he simply drew up the contact. He utilized his negotiating skills and worked it under the selling price and locked it in. We also wanted certain things to be done and/or added to the house at no additional cost to us. Mike still kept it under the selling price. Our mortgage company had sent out and an appraiser to assess the house. We were amazed of the appraisal results. It turned out to be almost close to first-time homebuyer credit incentive. The appraisal was much higher than the negotiated price. We were very fortunate to get a really great deal working it through Mike Jones. On the 62nd day after signing the initial contract, we were already at the attorney's office doing the closing. We were fortunate to have Mike Jones. He had provided an outstanding service to us. A true professional in his field. I’m sure he’ll be a great service to many. I would definitely recommend Mike Jones as your realtor. It was an enjoyable learning experience as a first-time homebuyer. Thank God that we have met Mike Jones at the right time and having a great deal on our new home.

He answered all emails in a timely manner, always was willing to show us homes during our search and worked with our schedules. One day in particular, during the last few days of closing, my husband was at work and I was attending my grandmother's funeral arrangements and Mr. Mike drove to my husband's work site to meet him so that the paperwork would be filed on time with no problems.
