Mike Larson

Mike’s dedication towards his work is no surprise considering he holds a city record for fastest leased building and has been inducted into the athletic hall of fame for Lindenwood University’s men’s volleyball.

In 2013 he started his real estate career in St. Louis leasing luxury high-rises for well-known developer, The Koman Group. Since moving back to Chicago, Mike has shown his strengths in the industry are asking the right questions and having extensive knowledge of building details.

Since starting with gold coast realty in December of 2015, Mike has done over 100 transactions exceeding 20 million in sales/rentals.
