Enjoyable and absolutely stress free transaction. Mr. Lee found a buyer for one of our properties, brokered the agreement between buyer and seller and was available to habdle any questions or issues from either party. Mr. Lee is very familiar with his part of the state of Colorado, is friendly, extremely professional and very efficient. Our property closed on time and everything about the transaction went as expected. We have bought and sold lots of real estate over the last 50 years but have never had a deal go as smooth as we experienced with Mr. Lee. We look forward to working with him on the next sale.

We never met him since the transaction took place during the advent of the Covid Pandemic but he was responsive and extremely professional and stayed on top of our sale despite the small nature of the transaction. We relocated to San Luis Valley last spring and Mike helped us find the perfect house for our needs. He is really knowledgeable about the area. Last month, Mike helped us find and buy 40 acres in Rio Grande County. Buying land was a whole new ball game for us. Mike has technology he uses with mapping to help us see property boundaries over-laying on a topographical map, very cool and super useful! We have hired Mike twice in the span of 12 months, and both experiences were exceptional! Mike is punctual. He returns calls, texts and emails promptly. If he doesn’t know, he finds out. Mike provides 5 star service, hands down. He genuinely cares for his clients, and wants them to be confident and happy with their experience. We surely appreciate that!!
