Mike Mangrum

Mike is the Broker/Commercial Director of Coldwell Banker Commercial Realty for the Southeast US and oversees the sales and operations functions of the company in the region. He is an active broker with over 39 years of professional sales, commercial real estate investment and development experience. Mike's broad base of knowledge and experience in commercial real estate gives him the ability to lead an outstanding team of sales and leasing professionals who deal exclusively in commercial properties.

Mike has lived and worked in the Pensacola area for over 30 years, so his knowledge of the Panhandle and his professional network is extensive. In addition to managing his own listings, Mike is the Past President of the Pensacola Association of REALTORS, Past Chairperson of the REALTORS Commercial Alliance Committee, Board Member of the Gulf Coast CMLS Governing Committee, and serves on a variety of social and service-related boards.
