Mike has been serving Southwest Iowa's real estate needs since 1979. Raised in Clarinda, IA Mike has seen a lot of development & growth in the area. He prides himself on his knowledge of the area homes and commercial buildings. While operating a successful restaurant in Clarinda Mike decided to go farther with his real estate career and achieve his broker’s license in 2006.

His daughter Jenn returned to Clarinda in 2006 to help out with the family business. She obtained her real estate license in Arizona 2002 and decided to join her dad in the Clarinda market in 2010 and get her Iowa license.

Jenn moved back to the Clarinda area in 2006 to be close to family while raising her children with husband Shane Baumgart. She had help her real estate license in the states of Arizona and California prior to returning to Iowa. In 2010 she decided to get her Real Estate license and team up with her dad to start their own firm in 2011. She became a broker associate in 2013. She is happy to serve the community she was raised in and support the community by helping it grow and ensure success.
