Mike was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. As first time home buyers this process can be overwhelming and difficult and he guides you through every step. He's smart with negotiation and can navigate the LA market with ease. He knows a lot about issues to look out for and gives great advice. On top of all of these great qualities, he got us our dream house....in the best neighborhood...under asking...and closed escrow in 21 days. Can't recommend Mike enough! You'll be in good hands.

Mike is the second agent we worked with because the first was too pushy for us and a friend recommended him.

Mike. Is. The. Best. He showed us 10+ properties and several offers. It’s such a stressful decision and having him as someone we really felt we could trust changed the whole experience for us. PLUS we ultimately GOT the BEST HOUSE EVER and UNDER LIST which is still insane to us. Also, he was a rec from a friend and they also got a competitive house bid.

He gets the deal done. Has all the lending connections and agent connections. Don’t hesitate to let him guide you.

I was working with a different realtor but as soon as I met Mike McGill the rest was history. I immediately began working with Mike as our real estate agent and what a positive experience I had. He was down to earth, willing to put up with any and all questions and so informed on each of the (many) communities we toured. We were looking all over Los Angeles and truly could not have accomplished what we did without Mike. He found my family the perfect home in Long Beach. The research he put in for us was more than we could've imagined. My mind was put to ease through every step of the way, especially during the stressful closing time. The trust and honesty Mike had spoke immensely to his character as a real estate agent, a stand up guy for sure. Someone you can trust during such a huge purchase in your life. He negotiated within our budget and was upfront with every detail. The home we bought is a dream and he made it possible with so many factors we threw his way including a very strict budget, good public school districts and a family oriented neighborhood. 10/10 I highly recommend Mike as your guy for your real estate needs. We used Mike McGill as our Real estate agent and I can’t tell you enough how awesome he made our experience. Looking for a home in Los Angeles was no easy task before working with Mike, let me tell you he flipped that experience into such a positive one ! This realtor is upfront and honest; extremely personable. We received many “perks” for our budget solely because of how hard and honest he works for his client. Mike did not skip a beat, especially when it came to inspections and negotiating. Nothing was overlooked. We received money from seller for painting and repairs such as a faulty deck that could have been hazardous. Mike is in it for his clients, he found us the most beautiful home in Long Beach,CA for our family to call our own. Day or night this realtor is ON IT! Our closing process was extremely fast and such a breeze. We will be working with him for any future real estate endeavors due to his outstanding drive, compassion and all around impeccable abilities as a real estate agent! Mike was the perfect agent. This was our first time buying home and with Los Angeles being such a competitive market he guided us through the whole process. Mike was very responsive any time of the day/night with all sorts of questions. There were over 20 offers on our house and Mike was so persitant and in constant contact with the selling realtor which helped us get the house in the end even through there were offers higher than ours. We can't wait to use Mike again in the future!

Mike was a super helpful realtor agent during our search for a home to buy in Los Angeles.
The purchase went smoothly, and he fought hard for us to get the house that we wanted (there where 15 other offers on the house! California real estate market is crazy....).
If we decide to adventure in the real estate world again and buy or sell a house, we will definitely call Mike again.

We worked with Mike in the sale of our previous home and purchase of our new one. Mr. Mcgill is a great agent. He will help to make recommendations and assist you in the communication piece between each and every intermediary and go between in the transaction. Very responsive at any time of day or night to his client's needs, a masterful negotiator and a true advocate. He is super down to earth and realistic and genuinely works hard to help get you into the home of your dreams. And if it isn't the right home for you, he doesn't try to talk you into it. Never once did we question his ethics or lose faith in his abilities. We sold our home in three weeks and he was able to negotiate to get us into our next home before we even closed escrow. Amazing! He's also a cool guy to have beers with.

Mike is the hardest working person in LA. You see something online and wanna see it in person? He makes it happen that same day most of the time. I was selling my first house in another state and looking to buy in LA and Mike helped with everything. He coordinated with my out of state agent, he worked with me on my strict "wants/needs/limitations" (I refused to go more than 10 miles away from my work, which narrowed my possibilities in my price point). When the time came to make an offer on THE PERFECT HOUSE for me, he knew how to make my offer irresistible without overpaying (I mean its LA, we all overpay, but you know what I mean). No ridiculous bidding war, no "best and final offer" nonsense, just a solid offer delivered by a professional.
And Mike doesn't just stop there, after closing he even helped me assemble furniture and he gifted me the most AMAZING side table too!

Yes. The Los Angeles real estate market is brutal, but it isn’t so bad if you are working with right people.

I can't say enough good things about Mike. I feel very lucky that I found him right when I did! I'm a musician/ music instructor and I needed a real estate agent in Los Angeles that could help me find the right studio space- at the right price. Working with Mike has made me confident that finding a commercial real estate agent in Los Angeles is essential. If you're thinking about getting a residential or commercial real estate agent, I would recommend Mike as your FIRST choice because he simply comes through. I would definitely recommend Mike as the realtor to any of my friends and family. He was amazing to work with! He really took his time explaining all the guidelines to us, and when it came time to look for homes he always did extra research to let us know why the houses were priced the way they were.

We were considering one house that seemed to be a great price, and he let us know it happened to be on a major fault line, and that we should consider that, but not to let it deter us, if that was the one we really wanted, he just wanted us to have all the facts. Needless to say we did skip that house, and he patiently showed us many others.

The reason I give Mike 5 stars is not only his attention to detail but the emotional support he provided throughout the process. Everyone says its a rollercoaster, but until you're going through it, you have no idea how intense it can be! Especially buying a home in Los Angeles, where we are bidding against so many other offers. There's bound to be some disappointment, before you find the right house, but he really reminded us of our goals, and reassured us that what we were feeling was totally normal. Gave us encouragement when we needed it most. It really felt like it was his money he was spending and a house he was buying too!

I genuinely believe he cares about everyone he works with, and gives each of his clients his all. He's was so quick answering texts back, and so knowledgeable about all the different types of properties, the fees, and the entire process. A good honest person, and a great negotiator, the best Los Angeles real estate agent we could have asked for!
