The Mike Randall Team were great! I was selling a house in Florence and I lived in Florida. Mike sat down with me and advised me on pricing the home, staging the home and we agreed to the listing. From that point forward Mike and his team did everything. The entire process could not have been easier for us. Thanks to the professionalism and experience of Mike’s team we had many showings and multiple offers; some of which in excess of the asking price. Even after our acceptance of the best offer, Mike’s work continued. There were some weird title issues which I wasn’t even aware of. Mike and his team walked us through the resolution of every issue. Great people who are excellent in their field.

Alyssa is an amazing person & realtor. My husband and I were looking for our perfect home in several different areas of Alabama & in 4 different states but primarily near Florence. Unfortunately, our perfect home ended up being in Florida.
Despite the fact we ended up purchasing somewhere else, Alyssa was our favorite realtor of all the different areas we were looking in. Again, she’s amazing, It’s hard to find people that go above and beyond for others nowadays and she definitely does that and more. Very attentive at getting your questions and concerns addressed. I had the great fortune to meet Alyssa Papazikos when I started my home search in the Florence, AL area. I was moving to the area from AZ, so searching wasn't easy for me. This wonderful woman went so far above and beyond helping me find the perfect home that I cannot recommend her enough. I had a number of obstacles (unrelated to the transaction) along the way and she and her husband helped me without hesitation. I worked in real estate for 15 years previously and very familiar with agents and I wish there were more like Alyssa.

Alyssa was a wonderful addition to our home buying process. She remained flexible as we changed the parameters of our search. She understood our concerns about the type of home we needed. She nailed all the needs of our family on the third house we saw. Once we found the one, Alyssa did a great job helping us navigate a fair offer to the sellers. She has been in constant contact as we go through the closing process and has helped us coordinate with the sellers to get contractors on the property to give us quotes for some needed repairs prior to moving in. When I first started the process of selling my house I was full of anxiety and fear. I didn’t know what to do or even the right questions to ask. Every open house we went to most realtors barely talked or didn’t know the answers or had to ask somebody else. Mike and his team create a personal approach to selling your home. Mike came over on a Sunday and walked through the house. He helped us determine what we needed to do to get ready for sale. He then outlined what our strategy would be for listing and ran through some scenarios of how he thought things might go and told me how he would adjust if need be. Every step of the process he was there. Managing our expectations as well as the buyers. Could not recommend him more. What’s best? We sold for $35,000 over asking. Why? Because we had a plan. Can’t recommend him and his team enough.

On the same day that I reached out to the Mike Randall Team for investment property, Clint Ingersoll of this team sent me a house that fit my requirements, and I closed 16 days later. I'm a new real estate investor, and Clint walked me through the process every step of the way. Mike defines professionalism, and is a great guy, very easy to work with.

I had never bought or sold a house before meeting Mike. I bought my first home with Mike as the seller and another realtor as my showing agent. Mike is an excellent communicator and highly reputable in the Shoals.

When buying my home, my biggest obstacle was communicating with USAA, but at no point was I waiting for more than a day to hear from Mike’s side.

Fast forward a few years, and a friend a colleague bought a house from Mike in Killen. He was promoted shortly after and had to sell his home and move back to North Carolina, Mike had it done quickly.

I found a new job in South Alabama last year and had to work through a relocation company for my move and sale of my home in the Shoals. Mike was my first call, knowing his success and reputation in the area and also knowing I had a short timeframe to work with selling my first home. The relocation company gave us 60 days to sell to get a bonus. In addition, it was to avoid selling the house at a loss and the relocation company taking possession.

Mike had a smart marketing strategy, and I was honestly shocked at how many showings we had as we were in temporary housing in South Alabama for the holidays for my new job. He offered constructive criticism for getting our house ready to sell, but also organized home photos, and a social media strategy to get my home listed and visited.

Mike has a superior knowledge of the area, and certainly does his homework. My house was not an easy sell due to location and size of the lot. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a great house and lot, but not everyone wants 3 acres away from town. He did some research on the area about comparable homes, which there weren’t any to be fair, and homes that had sold in the same price range.

He found us a buyer in short time, and was extremely active communicating with us during the “haggling” process. When we reached an agreement and discovered that we had a damaged roof, Mike coordinated the whole thing for us. We just had to relay the information to the insurance company.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Mike. If you need to buy or sell in the Shoals, he’s your man. Highly reputable, and he earned his reputation in spades from my experience. He’s experienced working with relocation companies, understands your needs, highly communicative, and bends over backwards to help you.

Mike and his team did a great job presenting our property to prospective buyers and made the process of selling our home as painless as possible. Mike and his team are super friendly, professional, extremely easy to work with, and most of all respectful of the wishes of the party they represent!!
