Mike Seder was born in Chile, where he became fluent in Spanish. He later relocated with his family to Pittsburgh. He came to The Woodlands 36 years ago when Ryland Homes hired him as a sales agent. They promoted him to a management position before he was hired by LifeForms Homes, where he helped design and build the neighborhood and floor plans. In 1992, Mike left LifeForms to join RE/MAX® The Woodlands & Spring. Since joining RE/MAX®, he has been a Top Producer in both listings and real estate sales for The Woodlands, Houston and Texas. Over the last eight years, Mike has consistently been named the #1 Individual RE/MAX® Agent in Texas. In 2013 & 2014, he ranked #1 in the World out of 90,000 agents! Mike also received the #1 Realtor for New Home Sales award by the Woodlands Operating Company five years in a row.
RE/MAX® has honored Mike with the Lifetime Achievement Award, representing the highest level of achievement within the RE/MAX® organization. He was also inducted into the RE/MAX® Hall of Fame in 1996, a lifetime award and the second highest honor RE/MAX® bestows on its agents. The prestigious RE/MAX® Circle of Legends Award, Diamond Award and Luminary of Distinction were also presented to him.
Mike is consistently on the Houston Business Journal’s Top 50 Real Estate Agents list. In 2013, for the 19th consecutive year, he placed in the Top Five with a 1st Place in Closed Sales and in Dollar Volume. The Business Journal recognizes the Top 25 real estate agents in each of these categories, bringing the total attainable awards to 50. Less than 1% of the total qualifying agents achieve rankings in both divisions.
