Education and Training
One thing Mike has always believed in is further education.
Coming into the Real Estate business he wanted to give separation from all the other Realtors.
The way he decided was to take classes and graduate from the schools that give distinguished credentials.
Like the CRS ( Council of Real Estate Specialists )designation- Only 4% of all realtors ever achieve this. A hard course and difficult to complete. You have to have maintain certain grades to graduate.
Also the GRI ( Graduate of Realtor Institute ) Only 10% of Realtors ever graduate from this one.
Other designations he has achieved are:
Relocation Specialists ( With Sirva, Cartus,Graebel,ect.)
SRES ( Senior Real Estate Specialist ) Serving the retiring public
Credit Union Certified Realtor - Serving the local Credit Union Members
ASP- Accredited Staging Professional
NAR Green Designation - National Association of Realtors Green Graduate
SFR- Short Sale and Foreclosure designation
E-Pro- Technology Program designation
Mike’s Favorite is being a member of the First Cupertino Leadership class of 1987 helping to develop the direction the city now has.

The membership in Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts for many years has been a rewarding experience.
