What could be and sometimes probably is a very stressful experience with the home buying and selling process will be a lot less worrisome with Michael Wagner at your side.

Mike Wagner will provide you with the expertise you will need to accomplish your goals. Mike was able to provide me with listings of properties that fit my wants and needs. Once I selected a property, Mike professionally took me through the somewhat tedious process of purchasing my property of choice. He made himself available to me for any questions or concerns I may have had. Mike guided me in touring various properties that I showed interest in. Once I made my selection, he made the process of purchasing the property relatively easy and comfortable. I highly recommend Mike Wagner if you are in the market of purchasing or selling your property.

Mike Wagner provided valuable service in the selling of a 70 year old home in Mayfield Heights that I had inherited. He gave honest feedback on the condition, the market and the pricing. He handled everything related to the local and buyer's inspection. He sourced local contractors for some necessary minor repairs. Mike was always responsive to my questions and he handled all matters with the buyers and their agent. He's a fine gentleman and I most heartily recommend him.

Mike is very attentive to your needs. He is very professional and listens to your particular desires. He follows thru on searches and info pertaining to the property you are looking at.
He is also no pressure and lays out the facts.
Once we close on the property he will be selling mine as well. Easy to work with !

Mike Wagner spent a lot of time showing us houses in the east side of Cleveland and a few of the east side suburbs. He was patient and took the time to listen to our comments as we reacted to the houses we saw. We must have seen over fifty houses, and in the end Mike twice suggested we look at a house that didn’t look that great online. Turns out it became the house we bought, and we love our house AND our neighborhood because both met many of our priorities.

Mike is an old school agent - he behaves professionally, courteously, and respectfully and more importantly to me at least - humanly. He isn't acting like a robot running from a script. He truly puts the customer first, is exceptionally attentive, always available, and runs a first class organization. He doesn't nickel and dime you to death - his fees are transparent and up front. Over the many transactions I've completed with Mike, his outstanding work has also been very consistent. I wish other services and industries operated the way he does!
