When it comes to real estate, Mike Wagner is thought of as Mr. Northern Virginia by many who know him – his knowledge of the area, its businesses, and many of its residents makes him an excellent choice for helping with your real estate needs.
Born in Port Arthur, Texas, Mike grew up near Philadelphia. When he was ten years old, a small event would forever change him and lead him to Virginia and eventually Loudoun County. Driving home from visiting family in Tennessee, Mike’s family stopped on Route 81 to stretch — it was December, and it was a balmy 74 degrees out. Of course, Mike’s home was covered with snow at this time of year. Mike thought to himself “so this is Virginia – I’m going to live here someday!” Well. As they say, the rest is history.
Mike attended University in Norfolk, VA where he received a BSBA in Marketing. After living in Virginia Beach for many years, Mike moved to Charlottesville VA. A job opportunity brought Mike to Leesburg VA in 1991. He has resided here ever since.
Mike’s career is made up many years in the Hospitality Management, a five-year stint starting/managing/selling his own E-commerce company and then the move into Loudoun and Fairfax County Real Estate. He joined Keller Williams in 2002 and was named Keller Williams Virginia “Rookie of the Year” and “KW Virginia’s MVP”. A Top Producer at Keller Williams for many years, Mike’s team recently made the move to join the “cutting edge” Pearson Smith Realty.
Mike Wagner and his partner Flori Loren are owners of The NEXT LEVEL TEAM where they are “taking Real Estate to the Next Level”! Coupled with the powerhouse marketing programs from Pearson Smith Realty, there really is no one better suited for marketing a home in Northern Virginia.
Mike is an associate broker and teaches for the Moseley Real Estate School on behalf of Pearson Smith. Flori is fluent in both Spanish and English and is the Managing Realtor with the team since 2006. Mike is certified with the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing and was voted Best Realtor in Loudoun County in 2012, 2013/2014, and 2015 by Leesburg Today/Ashburn Today Readers Poll.
Mike and Flori’s hobbies include fitness, golf, cycling, and the culinary arts. They enjoy reading, following current events, good films, spending time with friends, and helping people with their Real Estate needs.
