He was a huge resource for us, especially with it being our first time buying a home. He advised us of the entire process and what each step entailed. He helped us realize and put into words what we were looking for and what we didn't want in a house.

We felt like he knew the market well, the area very well and would list the home according to that particular area of Longview. When things fell through with our first buyer he was very transparent and encouraging and honest. When we finally got our second offer and the offer that finally closed the home the biggest relief was sent our way. We truly loved our home and put money into it knowing it would make another family very happy. Mike seemingly felt as strong as we did that we did have a nice home, just needed a buyer to see that. My biggest advice is if your selling or buying in Longview seek out a realtor that lives within that community. Your going to get way more insight.

We called two realtors (based on reviews) on a weekend and he was the first to reply. Mike is the most knowledgeable real estate agent I have ever worked with. He represented me in a house purchase about three years ago. He walked around the property and he pointed out many issues. Our home was on the market with different agent for over a year. Frustrated, we prepared to rethink our next steps. We knew we needed to do something different.

Mike came recommended by a coworker. From our first meeting I knew he was unique. His energy, attention to detail, and business savvy immediately impressed me. He was direct about his recommendations, which were both based on his experience and on market analysis technology he employs. The house got monumental interest and within a few weeks, we had offers.

Though the first offer fell though due to financing, Mike worked to get us another offer. He was tireless in his efforts to be sure that inspections, appraisals, and financing went smoothly and the deal closed in another few weeks.

My wife and I were very happy with both transactions this year that we used Mike Wallin. The first was a very affordable rental and the second was an expensive home. I was impressed that even though the commission was small on the first one, we got great service. On the second larger home we again got great service! Mike has a great team and is a great leader... very happy with his detailed knowledge and network he brought to us. We couldn't be more satisfied!
