Mike worked with me for almost a year before we finally found the perfect house. During that time, he kept to his word and "let me steer the ship while he guides". If this will be your first or tenth time purchasing a home, use Mike. After explaining what I wanted in a home, he went above and beyond to make sure that the property would meet that criteria before scheduling a showing. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor and I certainly plan to stick with him in the future

I feel we were very lucky when we hit the realtor tab on the Zillow listing and got a call from Mike Waseen. He is friendly, easy to talk too and so helpful it felt like we had known him for years. You definitely feel he’s there for you. Mike made the whole process of buying a home that much easier with his knowledge and expertise. His expert advice got us our dream home even though we weren’t the highest bidder and with his help we walked away with a new roof! Mike helped us get a fantastic home at a great price. We highly recommend Mike to anyone who’s considering buying a home.

Mike is a fantastic Realtor to work with. I bought a home in 2017 with him and it was a great experience. I just now sold a home with him and it was just as good.

Great when he works either side of the table, does a great job with working around my plethora of special circumstances and requirements, always does a great job with a great attitude. I have never worked with a better realtor.

On the selling side of the table, Mike is great at promoting the home and creating traffic. My small 800sqft house in suburbia was getting 10 visitors a weekend in Dec!! With negative 30 degree weather! I could not have asked for more. Ended up selling for $5000 over asking, almost %5 over ask.

On the buying side, we looked at a ton of houses until we found the right fit for me. It was a great experience, never felt like I was being sold. Mike just wants something that will work for you and your needs.

10/10 every time.

Hi. Mike helped me find my house. He is a very patient, cheerful and punctual person. He was always on the lookout for the houses we went to see, if He saw something that was wrong he told me about it and told me about how much it would cost me. It was very helpful for me. 100% recommended.

I highly recommend Mike Waseen for getting your home on the market and sold fast. He is high energy, creative, loyal and honest. He lays out a marketing plan and focuses intently on the timely execution of the sale.  He gets the job done and has fun doing it. I’ve never seen a realtor utilize so many tools to market a property. He used a drone, indoor & outdoor video, beautiful photography, flyers etc.I am happy to say that Mike is my go-to Realtor moving forward and I now confidently recommend him to others.

As a first time home buyer Mike was great and he helped every step of the way. He was knowledgeable with multiple search areas in IL, home comps, taxes and the overall paperwork process. He was patient while we looked at homes and really listened to what we wanted in a house. I can't imagine working with an uneducated agent and I can easily say we got lucky finding Mike. I never got the feeling that he was pushing a sale as he often would be very critical about a home, pointing out potential problems with mechanical components and so on. If you are looking for a reliable person to work with, Mike is an easy choice. Very happy in the end and he helped make the paperwork process go super smooth.
