We had a home in Manchester left in bad shape by renters and Mike was very helpful in exploring options. He gathered information about remodel costs, found potential buyers as-is to flip and gave us auction options. Once we decided to auction, he coordinated everything, including having left behind items removed, termite inspection, etc. And the auction went very much as he had estimated for us. He’s very trustworthy, explains things well and knows his business. Thank you so much Mike!

My family loved working with Mike. We felt he truly cared about what we wanted in a home and he knew my wants and needs better than I did sometimes when looking at houses. He was extremely patient with me and with my 3 little girls when we were touring homes, which made us feel extremely comfortable and confident in him as our realtor. If we were to move again, we would use Mike again.

We needed to purchase a home in Tennessee. We did not have the time or availability to fly back and forth from California to do so- enter Mike Winton of Weichert realtors! What a gift! He was able to help us negotiate and purchase a home over 2000 miles away. Any problems that arose were dealt with swiftly and professionally. Mike lined up inspections, video tours, everything we needed to make this “our home”. Even when we had an issue with our movers and needed to stash our household goods in storage, Mike went above and beyond lining up a facility for us!
