Born with a strong work ethic, Mike began working at a young age in his family’s painting and decorating business, where he learned the value of discipline, accountability, and client care. He later graduated from Northern Kentucky University with a degree in Marketing and went on to build a successful corporate career with The Pillsbury Company, earning multiple awards in grocery sales at both the retail and wholesale levels.
