I used Mikey Fletcher to buy a condo so I could have a place for my kids to move into. Mikey took us to look at so many properties before we found the exact right one. I was very particular and Mikey was very accommodating. We liked him so much that when we sold our house, we hired Mikey. He had it sold the first weekend and no issues for us at all. The most important part of these transactions actually happened 8 months after the condo purchase. I was told by the HOA that the parking spaces I thought I had bought with the condo weren't mine. I contacted Mikey and he went straight to work and found out they WERE my spaces. He researched and called and made copies of everything so I would have documented proof. As I surmised when I first went looking for a Real Estate Agent, Mikey Fletcher is a man of integrity who will stay with you even after the sale. I would recommend him if you want an agent who has your best interest at heart, buying or selling. Thanks again Mikey.
