Michael considers himself much more than a real estate agent; rather, he is an advisor to and advocate for his clients, tasked with matching people with great homes and helping them embrace the next chapters in their life. To him, going above and beyond, and providing hands-on service is very important to support someone who is about to make one of the biggest decisions.
“I place the human factor into all of my business transactions and the focus on each individual’s distinctive needs,” he says. “I love drawing buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants together to create harmonious relationships and successful transactions.”
Specializing in residential sales and rentals in Brooklyn and Manhattan, Michael knows the markets well. He has lived in Brooklyn for most of his life, plus resided in Manhattan, Miami, Florida, and St. Johns, Antigua, which gives him a broad perspective. Michael invests in and rents property and has a keen eye for value. Coupled with that are his great interpersonal, communication and negotiating skills that make a transaction smooth and satisfying.
Born in St. Petersburg, Russia and fluent in the language, Michael came to Brooklyn at a very early age. He later graduated from St. John’s University where he received dual degrees: A Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Cell Biology, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, with a minor in Pre-Medicine. Michael went on to earn his Medical Degree from American University of Antigua College of Medicine. Prior to real estate, he worked with NYU Langone, Richmond University and LIJ Medical Centers in research and other capacities.
Extremely organized and attentive to detail, Michael understands that there are many moving parts in a real estate deal. As such he always keeps his eye on the ball, and his clients’ needs top priority, to deliver the outcome they desire.
