Mimi is a fantastic Real Estate Agent and we would HIGHLY recommend her! She was on top of things all the way through! Great communicator and was not only helpful at explaining things but also so easy to get ahold of. My husband and I are quite particular and detail oriented but she just worked so well with us and honestly we couldn't have asked for someone better! Mila Elliott is a fantastic realtor. She brought such energy and enthusiasm to the experience of buying my first home, that sometimes it felt like she was the one buying! She genuinely shared in my excitement, even taking the time to help me picture the layout of my own furniture. She went above and beyond answering questions and clarifying information for me. I never had to wait long for a response. She was so kind to give me two gorgeous hanging plants for my patio at closing. I have already recommended her to friends when they are ready to buy a home. She knows how to get it done and I would choose her all over again!

Mila stepped in to a situation where our previous agent had had our home on the market for 6 months, with no offers.
Mila staged our home, listed and got a full.price offer in just three months. Mind you we no longer live in Virginia. Mila communicated with us and responded to anything we needed. If you need your home sold this is the lady you talk to!

I highly recommend Mila. She goes above and beyond to make sure you get whatever you need to get your home on the market, to sell it, or to buy a new one. With her it was all three in my case. For example, while shopping for real estate agents while getting my house ready for market, she didn’t make me sign with her before giving me referrals to her preferred contractors. Her referrals were outstanding and made the process so much easier. To be honest that was the tie breaker to why I eventually hired her. During the process to close on both selling and buying homes she was completely on top of the process every step of the way. She sort of remind me of a little bulldog. She always found a way around every obstacle. I wouldn’t hesitate hiring her again.

She was very thorough, fantastic MLS photos and house sold in about 12 hours flat....no messing around here.

We could not have been more pleased with Mila and Chantel with the selling and purchasing of our homes! Mila was both our selling and purchasing agent. She was willing and ready to go see any home we wanted to check out and sold the home we were selling IN LESS THAN A WEEK! I often wondered if she ever slept as I would wake up to find emails or texts that she would have sent long after we had gone to bed or hours before we would wake up.
