Milissa Duckworth

As the daughter of a Denver Fire Engineer and a mother of 4 wonderful children, Milissa has spent her fair share of time in doctor's offices, emergency rooms, and urgent care centers. She has come to deeply appreciate the efforts of healthcare professionals and first responders. For these reasons, she was delighted to incorporate the Nightingale Benefits program offered by American Dream Mortgage into her business. She is a Colorado native, born and raised in the Douglas County area. She has watched the Colorado market change, develop, and change some more. Having spent most her life in the housing industry in some role (father was a custom home builder and mother a designer), She has learned the ins and outs of Real Estate, as well as developed an eye for what may be possible. She enjoys working in many areas of the Front Range, including Denver, South Metro Denver, Castle Rock, Parker, Colorado Springs, Monument, Golden, and many other surrounding areas.

She knows that selling and buying a house can be an emotional time and it is her intention to supply the support to get her clients to the next step. Creating authentic lifetime relationships that go beyond the transaction is her goal.
