Millie had gone above and beyond in helping us find our new home in Florida. We were moving from across the nation and she helped guide us in locating neighborhoods and homes she thought we might be interested in. You never feel pressure from Millie to make decisions you are not comfortable with. She truly wants the best for you. Ms. Rivera helped purchase our home and she was there when we were ready to sell it. The selling of the home went very smoothly Ms. Rivera knew exactly what had to be done to make this sale close in a timely matter. Ms. Rivera helped us get the House prepared for inspection by the buyer, after the inspection was completed and a list was made, she was able to correct all the items by contacting various contractors, this helped us greatly . She went beyond her job to do this. The buyer had a 2nd. inspection and was very satisfied with the work done on the house. Ms. Rivera worked closely with the Title Company for the closing which went without a hitch, because Ms. Rivera knew exactly what the Title needed, the closing took less the a half hour. As a Real Estate Agent Ms. Rivera went above of what a real estate agent usually does .
