Milt Ward

As a native of rural southeastern North Carolina, I grew up on a farm. My summers were spent working on my family's farm, going fishing with my dad at Ocean Isle Beach, and dreaming of a flying career.

After graduating from UNC-CH, I completed pilot training and served a tour in Vietnam.

Because of my Air Force experience, I was hired by Piedmont Airlines in 1978 as a commercial airline pilot. With 27 years of combined employment with Piedmont Airlines and USAirways, I retired in 2005.

During my life, I have been an active real estate investor which lead to my decision to become a broker in 2005. I specialize in land tracts, luxury resort private co-ownership properties, and commercial development.

Through my practical knowledge of the area and my experience with my own personal real estate investments, I am able to offer my clients a high level of expertise.
