10/10 experience I told her I couldn't afford a decent home on my budget. She literally pulled out a calculator broke down the numbers and showed me I actually could. 1 month later I got a home that is larger cheaper and in a better neighborhood than I budgeted for.
What made it easy for me was her network of associates I didn't have to look for any contractors lawyers etc.
She is also pretty funny which made the experience fun.
