Mimi is a FANTASTIC Real Estate Agent!!!

Mimi was extremely responsive to my wife and I on meeting all of our needs for buying our forever home. She did not hold back on giving us sound advice on different communties as well as features and build quality of each that allowed us to weigh the pro's and con's for each house ultimately selecting the right house for the family.

Mimi's real estate services came highly recommended to us from a friend who used her services to sell their house and was extremely pleased with the results they recieved.

Mimi helped us sell our house recently and really went above and beyond. When our first buyer dropped out last minute, she kept her head up (and encouraged us to do the same), got the house listed again, and we got an even better offer in a few days! She kept in touch with us through the whole process, answered questions night and day, and kept us accountable on signing paperwork to keep the process momentum going. We have already recommended her to friends and would definitely recommend working with her if buying or selling in PA/NJ.

She provided me with professional, and personal knowledge on selling my rental property. She help me coordinate the timing of the sale and also gave me some good advise on my construction project of restoring my property. She also made herself available to meet contractors, and public works so I did not have to make time to be there.

My husband and I were newlyweds when we were looking to buy a house. We went to a couple of open houses just to browse and we met Mimi. Other real estate agents wanted us to sign contracts so we could only work with them, but Mimi didn’t. I immediately fell in love with her personality and didn’t feel pressured into buying something I didn’t want. Mimi was very patient and throughout the entire experience she went the extra mile with everything! She even brought us stuff for the house and left gifts for us once we closed. To this day we still keep in contact with Mimi and she is like family to us. We just found out we are having twins and Mimi sent the babies gifts. She even contacts my husband and I when it’s a possibility to lower our interest rates. Mimi has always gone above and beyond since day one!! I highly recommend her to anyone in the market looking for housing.
