Mindy Ivanov

Mindy have been a resident of the Oswego/Montgomery area since 2002, so she have seen this area as it has been built up. She started with a career in Marketing for a large manufacturer. In the many roles I had during my 12 years at the company, she managed groups of up to 10 people, created marketing campaigns for three markets both domestically and internationally, negotiated contracts, and problem solved conflicting goals between departments. What she found is that simply listening and hearing both sides can make things run much smoother.

She left my career to be home with my children for 5 years, a rewarding decision and one that led me back to a career where she can work one on one with a wide variety of people while utilizing my marketing background and allows me to juggle being a mom with a successful business!

She pride myself on my communication, organization and multitasking skills. Her goal is to ensure you understand process of buying or selling through every step. You will always know where things stand as she believe in regular communication and want you to know what is happening along the way.
