Raised outside of Dallas, Mindy and her husband moved to Austin in 1997 and made it their forever home. Sharing her love of the city is what began her career in real estate. After many years of matching friends selling their homes with friends moving to Austin, it was a natural progression to get her real estate license and make it a career. Today, helping her clients market and sell their homes, helping others find their forever homes, and educating investors on the best places to invest in one of the hottest markets in the US, has become her passion.
With 30 years in sales and marketing, her customer-driven attitude and negotiation skills are what have taken her hobby of matching up friends to being a top-producing REALTOR®. Whether working with Sellers, Investors, or First-Time home buyers, Mindy's goal is always the same. A graduate of the University of North Texas, Mindy's counseling degree has helped guide her clients through the buying and selling process in a stress-free way. Her continued success comes from her tireless energy, love of people, and strong commitment to her clients.
Mindy is married, lives in Lake Travis, and is the mother of two and "Dog Mom" of one. Her son is a West Point graduate and is currently serving as an officer in the United States Army. Her daughter is a Hyde Park High School graduate and is currently attending The University of Tennessee. A slightly obsessed dog lover, her family knows that Sargent (a 3-year-old Belgian Malinois) is the favorite. Mindy enjoys traveling with her family, boating on Lake Travis, and volunteering at Touch A Truck, Community First Village, Foundation Communities, SAFE, and Austin Habitat for Humanity.
