Mindy Nicolet

Mindy is a Realtor® in Carmel, IN. She applies her hard work ethic in everything she does and will go the extra mile to help clients buy or sell a home. Born in Indianapolis and raised in Zionsville, Indiana, Mindy has great knowledge of the downtown Indianapolis area housing market and surrounding suburbs. Mindy is a graduate of Ball State University with a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and Wellness. She spent 20 years in the fitness industry doing personal training with a diverse clientele of all age groups and fitness levels before switching to real estate. Mindy applies this experience working one on one with individuals to make big life changes and decisions in buying and selling.

Mindy is also a triathlete with All-American honors and Ironman All-World Athlete status. She is a 2013, 2016, and 2019 finisher in the Ironman World Championships in Kona, Hawaii. She loves to compete locally in Indianapolis in running and triathlon races along with national and world events. She currently coaches fitness classes part-time at Eat the Frog Fitness in Carmel, IN.
