My husband and I first met Minette through a close friend. We were just beginning the search for our first home, so naturally, we had MANY questions. Minette always provided us with thoughtful answers, and if she didn't have an answer immediately, she always took the time to look into it further to get one for us. Throughout the 3 years of our home search, Juselle was always available when needed. From last second updates or additions to our schedule, to late night and early morning phone calls, Minette always made the time and was flexible with all of our requests! She was kind and patient throughout the whole process despite my many breakdowns, and she always went above and beyond to make sure the process was as smooth as possible for us during the home search and during escrow.

I can't stress enough how incredibly patient she and her partner were with us, and I couldn't have asked for a better pair of realtors to help us find our perfect forever home! I can definitely say that she has grown to be much more than our realtor, and I can only express how much of a positive experience it was to have Minette part of our home search. I couldn't recommend her enough!

Minette Mendoza is amazing and very professional at her job! As her client, I felt that Minette went above and beyond for us. Minette and her team worked hard to sell our house (over the asking price) and simultaneously also helped us purchase our dream home within a short time! Buying and selling at the same time is obviously not easy and can be challenging but we were so impressed that Minette and her team knew the groundwork, strategies, and proper planning that made it all possible. She sold our house within a weekend and multitasked to show us new homes. She was attentive to our needs and was very flexible working with our schedule. In addition, she is extremely responsive to our calls and e-mails and takes the time to explain all the different processes (escrow/lenders)/documents involved in both selling and buying process that made it less stressful. We are very happy about the outcomes and highly recommend Minette as a realtor!
