Mion went above and beyond my expectations! I live in Chicago and my wife and I were looking for a waterfront home in Florida. Mion's expertise in the areas of Clearwater Beach down to Pass-a-Grille proved extremely valuable. Add to that her ability to answer all my questions about set backs, dock size restrictions, flood insurance, etc. and I cannot imagine buying a house without her help. Mion's scheduling flexibility and innovative thinking helped me immensely. When I would find a house I was interested in online, Mion would schedule a virtual viewing for me where she would walk through the house on facetime so I could see it and ask questions live. This helped minimize my trips to Florida. Mion valued my time which I appreciate. We now have a beautiful house on the water that checks all of our boxes: on the water, dock, walk to beach, first level of house above garages and the bonus of a rooftop deck for sunset viewing! Mion, is the best Realtor, she went above and beyond!!! With me nothing seems to come easy but she was on top of all of my problems and made me feel like I could get through anything, every obstacle that was thrown at me with permits when I bought the house that the Realtor I had then did not catch! So a huge Thank you to Mion for your above and way beyond the entire closing!😊
