Absolutely honest, Will tell you what you can buy and what you can not, will advice you, will not force you to buy A house that you can not afford just because he will make good Commission he will not back stab you for some one else who will pay him more money for the house you chose . A contract is a contract to Mr Ali.
he works with lots of banks and has very good knowledge of bronx, He is very good at negotiation brought my house price down by almost 40k. Very good agent and some one you can trust.
