Miriam did a great job assisting us with the sale of our old house and the purchase of our new one - all crammed into a tight 6 week window from first offer to closing!

Her pricing of our property was spot on and her advice on handling each step along the way was terrific. Most importantly, she was always available when we needed her and the communication was always honest and easy.

We would definitely recommend Miriam to anyone who is thinking of buying or selling their home.

Looking back, we were incredibly lucky to have Miriam Miller as our realtor during our home-buying process. Miriam is very professional and has strong knowledge of the market. She helped us ask the right questions, got us into private showings that fit our schedule, was very patient during our search, and showed that she really cared about finding us our perfect home. Even after closing, she kept in touch to make sure we were comfortably settled into our new home. Miriam made the stressful home-buying process into a very pleasant and exciting experience. We will miss working with her!

As first time home buyers, we had warned by others about how strenuous the process could be. Although looking back now, I do not know what they were talking about. The role of a proper realtor is to make the home buying process as easy as possible and that's exactly how our experience was with Miriam as our realtor. She handled each step with such professionalism and poise. She listened to each of our wants and needs for a house and found us the perfect one. When issues arose with the paperwork and sellers, she fixed all issues without needing to get us involved. Not only does she truly care about her clients, but she shows it through her great communication skills. We could call, text, email at any time and she was always quick to answer. She also used these skills to get to know the seller and get us any information we needed from them. We highly recommend Miriam! She takes wonderful care of all of her clients and ensures an easy close!

Miriam asked me many questions about what I was looking for. Then unlike other realtors only showed me houses that fit my needs. By doing this I found the house I was looking for in 3 days.
Then Miriam negotiated me a great price and guided me through the process from beginning to end. She even stopped by after closing to make sure I was settled and happy with my purchase.
She tracked down answers to all my questions and I know I can be a pain asking a lot of questions.
She was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend her for your real estate needs.
