Miriam and Compass were above and beyond my expectations. She got me an offer and went to closing within a month of listing. Prior to listing, she came in told me all about compass concierge, showed me some comparable sales if we did some small upgrades and how that could increase our take home $$$ at closing. After the quick fixes, she went above and beyond with staging with her own accessories and small pieces of furniture. She held multiple open houses in the first couple of weeks. Constantly keeping me in the loop. I couldn't be happier with her dedication, expertise, and hard work. Highly Highly recommend if you want a top tier agent!

Miriam Segedi is amazing! She went above and beyond through the whole home buying process. Helping my husband and I from start to finish. Since my husband was out of state she took me and all my “ ideal dream home” wants from east to west and all over southern Virginia. She was very patient with us throughout the looking period. She was very knowledgeable about each step in the entire process, and made sure we understood exactly what was going on. Her optimism about us finding the right home was really welcoming. Because of Miriam Segedi, we now have our dream home!

Miriam is probably the best realtor we've ever had. She's been a listing agent and a buying agent for us, and in both occasions/roles she has far exceeded expectations. When we've listed our property she got everything organized and was a worry free experience. She made sure all our questions were answered or if she didn't know, she knew where to get answers.
