Growing up in a military family, Ben lived in many states and countries before settling down in Southern California. Upon earning a degree in Economics from UCLA in 2001, he joined a family-owned real estate business as a salesperson. He went on to co-found IET Real Estate in 2008 and the rest is history. He has closed over 1000 real estate and loan transactions as a salesperson/loan officer/broker/wholesale rep, and 40+ transactions as a principal.
