After making a 13 hour drive to spend a week house-hunting, it was so nice to find that our realtor was AMAZING!! Mischa went above and beyond in helping us to find the perfect home for us at our new duty station! He was so patient in lining up the plethora of houses we were interested in seeing, squeezing in 6 to 7 a day! It was exhausting but I am so grateful that we looked at each and every one! We even saw a new house for sale across the street from one we were scheduled to see and he hopped on the phone, called the listing agent, and got it scheduled for us to see later that day!!
We found out yesterday that our offer was accepted on an amazing house...the best Mother's Day present EVER!

Had a wondeful experience working with Mischa. He went above and beyond to help us find our new home. Before we were able to get to the local area to see houses in person, he was able to provide video walk throughs for us. He is no nonsense, but also didn’t take everything so seriously, which I liked and needed from an agent. I highly recommend Mischa for all of your real estate needs! I’m from out of state and didn’t know anything about the Georgia market. Most of the realtors I tried to contact wouldn’t even return my calls or I got their assistant. Mischa met me at the house, with his camera, and went to work right away. We had a great experience with Mischa as our realtor when we were purchasing our house. We fell in love with the first house we saw and he was honest, letting us know that the house was priced a bit too high so he gave us good advice on what to expect during the process. The house appraised lower as expected and he negotiated with the sellers to reduce the price to an acceptable amount that all parties were happy with. Every time there was a hiccup along the way, he went above and beyond to smooth it out.

After the purchase was finalized, he provided us with referrals for businesses such as house-cleaning, landscaping, repair services, etc - we reached out to the house-cleaner he recommended and boy, did they do a great job for such a reasonable price!

He also has a YouTube channel (which is how we came across his services) that provides a wealth of information on the real estate market in the area.

All in all, it was a very positive experience and we would recommend him to anyone.

Highly recommend. *Especially* for military moving into the area. Mischa is a very knowledgeable agent who not only trustworthy, but cares about your home purchase as if it was his own. He worked around the clock for us and was HIGHLY flexible with making our purchase go smoothly from halfway across the country (even when we ran into some major hiccups). His communication is excellent; We were fortunately able to see the home in person first, but even afterward we received detailed video walk-throughs of the inspection and were always kept in the know on what was going on with the process. If we were unable to see the house first, I would have 100% vested trust and confidence in his opinion on a property (he will tell you if its good or bad with examples and good reasons). He is also an expert at giving sound advice on all other matters regarding the sale.

Would not hesitate to do business with him again!

We are repeat customers of Mischa's. We previously reviewed him as a buying agent so this review will simply be over the selling aspect. We listed our house for 472 and sold for 467. We got a terrible appraisal that affected our sale price which would have been over asking but somehow the appraiser lost extra square footage on the house. Mischa did all he could to appeal it, but at the end of the day the bank has the last laugh. He did an amazing job marketing our house with a high quality video and excellent photos. His video was far and above what most Realtors are doing highlighting the key custom features of our home as well as arial shots from his drone. I would recommend him if you were looking at moving in or away from the Middle Georgia area. He is a great and friendly person who will answer your call at all hours. He's respectful and knows the Middle Georgia area. To be fair we only had one minor issue in our entire four month process that included a scheduling miscommunication with the buyers agent and us (not the end of the world). He even handled that well by accepting full responsibility and being fully transparent about the issue. Like I said he is honest, which is more then most these days.

Mischa Thomson worked with me to find the perfect home for us and demonstrated to be a trustworthy person from the get-go since he was focused on getting us a house that fit my family’s needs. He ensured we were aware of all potential concerns with the properties we considered before buying and ensured we got everything we wanted at a reasonable price.
When we finally found the house we liked, he coached us on making a competitive offer that got accepted. In the end, I got the property for $15,000 under the asking price, which is almost unheard of in this sellers’ market.
He quickly and accurately took care of all the required paperwork during the buying process. He also ensured all the issues that arose were solved satisfactorily to the best of our interest. On his final walk-through of the property, he discovered that the sellers had removed a thermostat and ensured this issue was addressed before closing.
Thanks to my interaction with Mischa, I learn a lot through this process. Additionally, his YouTube channel provided us with several tips and recommendations that educated us as we bought our home. We are very thankful for all the help he provided to us, and considering that the way he handled the whole process, he is not short of being a genius of his profession.

Mischa is the real deal in terms of knowledge and expertise in his field. We were being transferred from out of state and had never been to Warner Robins. My husband saw a video that he did and gave him a call. He responded so quickly to every text, phone call and email. He is one of those people who has a working knowledge of location, construction, and logistics all in a completely personable way. I feel like he offered solid advice in our best interest and listened carefully to what we were trying to accomplish. At the end of the day we purchased a beautiful home to begin a new chapter for our family. I have worked with a few Realtors in the past some good, some not soo good, but Mischa Thompson is one of the best, he was very responsive to us, got the answers to our questions in a timely manner. He never pressured us to make a offer but also gave us recommendations on different properties. Once we made a offer he worked with us as well as the sellers agent to make it a win/win solution for all involved. Our family home buying experience with Mischa Thompson was a God-send! We were intrigued by his videos on YouTube and read reviews about how he made his clients feel like “they were his only clients” and we couldn’t agree more. Mischa assisted us as a military family moving to a new state and made us feel a part of the community before we arrived. Knowledgeable, personable, and willing to help from beginning to end! Our beginning to end was a bit chaotic (due to issues from buyers) but Mischa communicated everything which lessened our stress level substantially. I'm convinced that he did not only his job, but also the job of the buyer's agent that represented the buyers for this transaction. Our first thought was to list for sale by owner but I'm so glad we listed with Mischa. If he had not represented us, we would not have survived this experience. Our Price range was 280-400, we bought at 390 About Us: My family and I were relocating from Virginia to Georgia, and were looking for a knowledgeable realtor who would actually hunt for you, and not simply place you on a listings list. We were introduced to Mischa from a friend after witnessing his “Welcome to Warner Robins Ga” YouTube videos. Our search started in November of 20 and ended in Jan of 21. Local builders were telling us we would have to wait 6 or more months for new construction while the market was bare of all else. About Mischa and our experience together: In all candor Mischa is just a good person, he is ethical, and he is honest. We came looking for a realtor and walked away with our first friend in the area. Mischa is very knowledgeable about Warner Robins and the surrounding area... It is actually very impressive given he is a transplant from Middle America. Anytime we had questions about a house he had details on the location of the neighborhood, the history of sales in the neighborhood, and even local shopping/dining. Being in Virginia during this market was very tough. Houses were being bought over asking price, with paid closing, waived inspections, and even cash offers. Through all this Mischa was there to offer a full host of services including video walkthroughs and aerial drone videography (something nobody else is doing). In the end, we found a home which we are all happy with, but it didn’t come without a fight. Mischa now has experience dealing with selling agents who want to cancel their contract days before closing. Even in the worst of situations he was there at the drop of a hat, ready to show multiple backup houses, ready to call lawyers, and working with loan officer, in order to secure our house per the agreed contract. As difficult and chaotic as our experience with the sellers agent was, Mischa was perfect throughout the experience. I would recommend Mischa Thompson to anyone looking for a genuinely good person, willing to give it to you straight. We had previously worked with a realtor that was very shady and lied/mislead us on numerous occasions to make the sale. Working with Mischa was the complete opposite experience.
