I am delighted to share the truly remarkable experience we had with Misti Taylor as our agent. She rose well above our specific needs and expectations while representing us as though it were her own property, taking special care in handling all of the pre-listing preparatory appointments, as we were selling from out of state. She staged the home so nicely, exhibiting an inviting beach home feel, while well showcasing all of the appealing features that the home had to offer. She is clearly passionate about her work and always kept our best interests at heart. Her dedication to communication and responsiveness to all parties involved kept us well informed throughout the entire process and made this transaction a smooth and low stress endeavor. I was truly blessed to have Misti Taylor as my realtor. Misti went above and beyond to help get my condo sold; she painted my staircase railing, removed and replaced a defective ceiling fan, made sure my dog was cared for when I couldn’t be at home, and would make sure that I understood what the documents were before I signed anything. She used her skills for finding a realtor in another state to help me find a new home, and once I relocated continued to give me advice on various issues that I encountered. I really miss her daily briefings on the sale and just our conversations in general, my dog misses her, as well.
