I had the very great pleasure of working with Amerimade Realty for our cross-country real estate purchase. From the initial inquiries to our arrival in town from NM, Misty was phenomenal. Do to the distance involved, we couldn't come in person to find the right place for us, and frankly, we had very limited resources. She helped us evaluate the area, advised us what would be wise or unwise in our circumstances, helped us access prospective homes, coordinated inspections, helped connect us with financing, did video walk-throughs, and so much more. When we hit some financing snags, she went out of her way to assist and facilitate the process, essentially rescuing the purchase on at least two occasions. To be honest, ours was a complicated situation... and we accomplished our purchase coming from a pretty "weak" position. I am honestly amazed that we were able to purchase a house at all. Misty and Amerimade were constantly available and responsive every step of the way, any time of day or evening. Even after the sale, Misty took it upon herself to ensure that the house was cleaned, continually monitored (even while she was out of the country on vacation!), and the grass was cut until we could arrive several months after our (long-distance) closing. Once we arrived, she met with us and continued to orient us to the community, making our transition to Bryan smooth and pleasant. I am 100% confident we NEVER could have purchased a house were it not for Misty and the staff at Amerimade. I am so very grateful to them and would never dream of using a different realtor. She really knows the business and the area (she seems to know EVERYONE! hhhh), and she is scrupulously honest. We have been burned by lazy and dishonest realtors in the past, so her exemplary effort, knowledge and character really makes her stand out. You won't regret working with Amerimade!
