Hi, I’m Mita Tomerlin, a proud Flagler County Realtor® and longtime Florida resident! I fell in love with this area in 1997 and made it my family’s home in 2005. Before real estate, I spent over 20 years as an educator and business owner, and even started my career as a software engineer with Motorola — experiences that taught me the value of precision, patience, and exceptional customer service.

I’ve been a real estate investor in Flagler and Volusia counties for over 13 years. I take pride in being detail-oriented, responsive, and dedicated to achieving the best outcomes for my clients — whether it’s finding their dream home or securing top dollar for their sale.

Outside of real estate, I love visiting my two college-aged daughters, practicing yoga, playing tennis, and exploring new destinations around the world (81 countries and counting!).
