Deciding to sell my parents' house was an emotional process. For me, it was a type of saying another final goodbye. Once I was ready to begin, the only thing I was certain of was the need to try and get the best realtor I could. Many unsolicited offers had come across the proverbial transom, but I did not feel the connection - and that was important to me. Finally, I reached out to my attorney for advice, and he recommended Mitch. There are not enough words to express how beyond satisfied I am with how Mitch guided me through the selling process. Not only did he understand the emotional aspect, but he also realized the type of seller that I was (high maintenance). He set realistic guidelines, and we agreed upon the expectations at the outset. He patiently walked me through the ABCs of selling and made sure that I understood the information. When the market shifted, he shared my attitude that we would get the asking price. He NEVER overpromised and he NEVER underdelivered. The contractor and cleaning company he recommended were equally outstanding. I heard horror stories of homes remaining on the market for months and finally selling for way below the asking price. This was NOT my story! Mitch called the evening of the FIRST day that the house was on the market to let me know that we had multiple offers - above the asking price! He was there at the Closing, which made the signing of all the paperwork almost fun. If you are looking to sell a home, then you DEFINITELY need to reach out to Mitch!

Being a first time homebuyer comes with many questions and a lot of anxiety, but even from my first introductory conversation with Mitch I was put at ease as he was patient and personable with me. Mitch educated me and my wife and walked us through the whole process before we even got started. He didn’t just treat me like a client. He treated me like he cared as if I were family. I’ve worked with and spoke to other realtors and I often got the vibe that they just wanted to close a deal, but snitch was very intentional that we found the right place for every member of my family. This process was quick, easy and I didn’t experience any stress. Mitch advocated for us and got us everything we wanted. Now as a first time homebuyer; I’m not only excited to have a new beautiful home, I’ve also gained a great friend. I will and have already referred Mitch to anyone I know interested in looking for a home. He’s the best in the business. Thanks Mitch.
