Creative, imaginative, extremely professional and caring. Mitch embodies all of these as a Realtor and now friend. Mitch understands and embodies that selling a house is a very personal process; full of memories (exciting and sad). Having moved my family into the home I just sold, raising my boys, developing a green thumb, acquiring many pets, and then a not so easy separation, meant that the act of selling was a vulnerable thing for me to do. Mitch knew exactly how to creatively approach the sale of my home in my neighborhood, and at each step he pulled me aside and checked in with how I was feeling - acknowledging its difficulty and encouraging me with the possible new future. He got me a great price, far above asking, and the right new owner (a family man, ready to adopt my 4 chickens). I walk away from this sale knowing that I had the best realtor for my home. Mitch cared for me, and tailored a showing process just right for me, for my friends and neighbors, and for the many interested folks across the nation. Thank you Mitch! JoJo is just an incredible person and an incredible realtor. She has a great depth of knowledge and really keeps your best interests in mind. Another super quality that is so important is communication! I could text or call her at any time and she would get back to me immediately. She also had many resources available, whether it be someone to clean the house, or just the windows, or a handyman to fix a bathroom fan, etc. She has great advice on how to handle an overwhelming job - like emptying a house your parents lived in for 71 years, and were collectors of many different things! But her advice goes hand-in-hand with encouragement. She goes above and beyond whenever you need help or advice. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing a realtor.

Jojo,
Very knowledgeable real estate agent. I was selling a mobile home and the park has very strict rules to get in, so she learned what they were and vetted only people that would qualify. She was always there for us as we had moved out of state and we had to rely on her. I would recommend her to anybody that wants to sell a home. Thank you Jojo very much.

Wow..what can I say. JoJo we've known you for a long time and it was an incredible experience to have you partner with us to sell our place. From the very beginning we felt so safe and heard. You were available at anytime and answered all questions clearly. You gave us excellent advice on how to price our home. When you found out we were moving out of state, you contacted other realtors, interviewed them for us and gave us a list of 3 that you thought would best serve us. (And boy they were wonderful too). You checked in regularly to see if we needed anything or just asking how we were doing. You brought over Trader Joe's ice cream sandwiches. You checked in on us as we drove across the country to our new home. You can tell how much you love helping others whether you're selling your home or finding a new one. Working with JoJo has made the process of selling our home of 24 years as painless as possible. She helped us walk through each step with explanations with the experience and knowledge that we needed. She was willing to jump in and help with any task needed, including cleaning and packing. JoJo Treadwell was amazing. Some say she babysits her clients but I thought she provided the care I needed to get through the sale of my home. She listened to me when I wanted something, gave her insight and experience. She was firm with the buyers agent keeping my needs ahead of the buyers. Jojo Treadwell was my agent and she went far above and beyond in helping me sell my home in San Dimas. I was in Michigan visiting my family when I all of a sudden decided to move back home to be closer to them. Jojo took charge and tidied up my place to get it ready to photograph and list. Stein team and especially Jordana (Jo Jo) was very proactive to help us for showing the properties and fair input about the pros and cons about each property i. e. house condition, listed price, neighbourhood and closing cost. When eventually we were ready to close the house, Jordana was very very helpful on each step of the deal. Our closing was smooth and no hiccups were encountered. Mitch helped me close the house I like very quick, the transaction went smooth and I even got back some refund from seller to help with closing cost.
What I like about working with Mitch is he is not only an agent but also a friend who really wants to help you out with your issue. He will be very successful in whatever he does because I know money is not his priority. Finding a good agent is hard but finding an agent with a good heart that you can trust is harder. So don't hesitate to give him or his team a chance, you won't be disappointed.

Mitchell stepped into a difficult situation with the sale of a condominium that was in poor condition and needed to sell quickly. The owner was incapacitated and all this was under power of attorney. He did a great job of guiding us in preparing the condo for sale. When the owner passed away just before closing, Mitchell retained the buyer until the sale could be completed under probate!

I was BLOWN AWAY by the entire Stein team. I’m a first time home buyer and was really nervous about the entire process but I was in great hands. They were very responsive and Mitch personally took all my calls and questions. We ended up with the first house we put an offer on. I know that’s not everyone’s experience but the team really did everything in their power to ensure it was a seamless process.
