Mitzi Christian

Mitzi Christian was born in Franklin and has lived in Johnson County my entire life. Mitzi founded Benjamin’s Coffeehouse in downtown Franklin in 1995 and owned it for over 11 years. It is there that she learned the secret to success: offer excellent customer service to everyone and do business with integrity and people will continue to come back! Fast forward to 2014, the rising of the ever-popular HGTV channel! She was hooked & Modern Realty Group was born! She chose to start my own Real Estate Company for one reason control, not the bad kind!). Mitzi wanted to control the type of service she could offer my clients. She wanted to control my success or failure.

She wanted to control how many active clients were optimal for her business plan and lastly, she wanted to control who was affiliated with my company name. She is not about the number of agents or clients she has, nor about the number of transactions. For her, it is about the satisfaction of her clients and hearing those words at the closing table “You were impressive to work with. Thank you so much”!

Mitzi has been married to Wade Christian for twenty-five amazing years and has been blessed with our precious dog, Nikita, for twelve of those years. In her spare time, she enjoys golf, pickleball, and most of all, travel.
