Mo has been such a wonderful lady to work with. She is very knowledgeable about the field and will go above and beyond to help! She was such a wonderful guide when it came to purchasing my first property and provided me with various tips / advice about the property itself. Mo ensured the process went as smoothly as possibly. She is the BEST!! Not only was she helpful, but very sweet and such a great individual. It was such a pleasure having Mo as my agent.:)

Monica is the greatest realtor you could ask for, unlike any other agent that is mainly pushing their clients to secure a sale, Monica lissent to you and what you need from a kind, professional, hearted aspect of every single aspect of the buying process going above and beyond for her clients.

Mo is the best example of what hard work looks like that I have ever seen! I place high standards on real estate agents to have strong ethics and almost unrealistic expectations.
We had a complicated situation selling our townhouse considering my wife and I’s unhelpful schedule and an HOA nightmare like never before. My concept of hard work and expectations were “blown away” by Monica and couldn’t be any happier with our decision.
