Our experience with Salt Realty was exceptional. From the beginning they helped us with ideas on how to show the best of our home and when necessary they had very good and qualified vendors for us to use, if we chose, when some work was needed to be done in our house. In addition they were always easy to get in touch with when we had questions or if we needed advise on possible sales. Danah Prophet was the realtor we used from Salt Realty and she was very helpful easy to deal with and never once pressured us into accepting any of the multiple offers we had on our home. We had specific wants and needs for our new home in South Carolina and Danah made it all come true! Due to COVID 19 travel restrictions, lack of time, holidays and work, we bought our home, sight unseen! Danah and her team were there every step of the way, including several videos and pictures of the area, the street the house we liked was on, the inside and outside of the house, creating a virtual tour for us. This is the second house that we have purchased with the help of Danah Prophet. She has been very patient with us and very, very knowledgeable about the homes that she has shown us. We have enjoyed her company and working with her on the purchase of our new home as well as the sale of our home that we have moved from. With the first home we purchased through Danah, our objective was to look for a retirement home that we could afford since it was a second home and we were 550 mile away from South Carolina. She knew and understood our situation and steered us in the right direction to find exactly what were were looking for.
Our current home that we purchased was not our first choice, however we had problems with the first choice and with Danah's guidance , through her knowledge of homes, pointed out to us and saved us a lot of grief and aggravation along with many dollars. She also directed us toward the home that we eventually purchased and that we are extremely pleased with. Once we closed on this home and moved in Salt Realty listed the home that we moved from. Once it was listed, there were frequent showings and within 10 days we had an offer for more than we asked. The new buyer was very happy with our old home. I was pleasantly surprised with the procedure, expertise and professionalism that Danah and Salt Realty used in selling our home. I would highly recommend this Real Estate Company to anyone in the Myrtle Beach area looking to relocate here or even moving across town.
