He is an excellent communicator, has a wide knowledge and understanding of the real estate industry, is a great negotiator, and most importantly, Moacir has an impressive patience with his customers. Moacir guided us through all the steps of the home sales process with the utmost attention to all details. Also, he took the time and was always available to answer all our questions. He responded to the phone calls or text messages immediately and always made us feel that our inquiries are valid and important.
