Molly Austin is Simply the best person to work with when navigating the sale of you home. She is prompt in her communications, absolutely listens to your wishes and understood the neighborhood where we lived, Travis Country. We wanted a good price, but also wanted a person who would fit into our youthful neighborhood. She gave us excellent advice in preparing our home for sale at minimal out of pocket expenses, was savvy in timing the listing of our property, expertly walked us through the bid and contract processes which are very complex these days, and was cheerful throughout.
She is wise, kind, professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I am grateful everyday for her skill and hard work on our behalf.

Molly was an amazing realtor for our family. We were moving back to Texas after being out of state for some time and she was our eyes and ears on the ground. She is a long time local and professional so she knows the neighborhoods and networks to help you make an informed purchase. Whether it was finding off market opportunities or staying on top of homes you missed out on that are in escrow with another just in case they might not make and you can be there ready (that's how we got our home) she is your person. She is all in for her clients, warm, friendly, hospitable and couldn't think of anyone better to work with. I've moved lots of times over the years and she is by far the #1 realtor I have worked with for the whole package in seeing things through from beginning to end.

Molly is a one of a kind realtor! Her ability to be attentive to every little detail while maintaining a truly personalized touch is unbelievable. Molly made selling our house a pleasant experience from first our meeting. My husband and I enjoyed her guidance. Other realtors we interviewed told us that we had to paint every wall beige, replace the flooring, and stage the house. Molly told us that we should not do any of that because the new owners would most likely repaint and replace the flooring. Our house sold very quickly and for an excellent price. We're highly recommend Molly!
